ABSTRACT SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
To facilitate the submission process and the subsequent follow-up process, please consider the following guidelines, information, and deadlines mentioned.
GUIDELINES FOR THE ABSTRACT STRUCTURE
- The acceptable word range for the abstract is 175 – 275 words. The abstracts which do not meet this word limit will be asked for revisions.
- Please download the abstract template and follow the format carefully. If the abstract template is not followed as in, it will be asked for revisions.
- Your submission should be in English.
- The abstract’s substance must including its background, purpose, methodology, results, and conclusion
STEPS TO FOLLOW FOR YOUR ABSTRACT SUBMISSION
Once you prepared your abstract according to the above guidelines,
- Submit your abstract when you fill the registration form (online).
- After submission, you will be acknowledged of the receipt of the abstract via an email within three working days.
ABSTRACT SUBMISSION DEADLINE
Please submit your abstract before 31 July 2021
PEER REVIEWING PROCESS
- Your abstract will undergo a peer review by the committee within two to three days after its receipt.
- Results of the abstract review will be sent to the author via an email within two weeks of submission (accepted, revised, or rejected)
- If your abstract is accepted, you will be invited to process the registration fee for the International Conference on Health Science 2021 (ICoHS 2021)
